DATA PROTECTION OFFICER (DPO)

 

Corotop S.A.’s greatest value is ensuring the security of the services provided, and therefore we make every effort to properly protect the personal data entrusted to us. Corotop S.A. has implemented a common and stable information protection management system. All personal data provided in connection with establishing cooperation with Corotop S.A. is processed in accordance with the law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR). To ensure respect for your privacy, we provide all information regarding the handling of personal data.

To ensure ongoing oversight of the proper processing of personal data, we have appointed a Data Protection Officer. This person can be contacted on all matters relating to the processing of personal data and the exercise of individuals’ rights in connection with the processing of their data.

We would like to point out that the above rights are not absolute, and therefore, in certain situations, we may, in accordance with the law, refuse to grant them.

If the processing of personal data is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time at your discretion. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of personal data processing before its withdrawal.
